2. Product Authenticity & Pricing

• Authenticity: We guarantee that all products sold on ruplexa.com are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.
• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
• Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

3. Beauty With Heart (Donation Policy)

As part of our social mission, Ruplexa International commits to donating 2% of every order's total value to charitable causes. This donation is processed by Ruplexa and does not result in an additional charge to the customer. These funds are distributed quarterly to education, health, and empowerment projects across Bangladesh.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all 64 districts in Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days.

Ruplexa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or extreme weather conditions.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns if:

• The product received is damaged or broken upon arrival.
• The product is different from what was ordered.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
